Life Changes
Sadly yesterday was my final day at the Toronto Botanical Garden which has been my home away from home for the past year. Working at the TBG has been such an incredible experience and I have learned so much from my time there. This is the first time that I’ve left a workplace that I’ve been at for a lengthy period of time so I’m still feeling a bit bitter sweet about it. I am currently packing for my flight to Chicago tomorrow where I’ll be doing training for my new job. I’m a bit nervous because I don’t know what to expect but I am looking forward to the deep dish pizza! To calm my nerves I keep looking at this message I received from a friend in IRC when I announced that I was hired for a new position. It makes me smile.
