Dinner from a few nights ago: lettuce wraps! I used ground beef, tofu, napa cabbage, mushrooms, and celery for the filling. I also made a quick stir fry sauce with soy sauce, a dash of sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and a touch of honey.
My grandma is Taoist which means that she is also a vegetarian by religion.
During the SSF:AE degen session last night at LoveGety we actually did take a break to eat dinner. I was amused that the two white guys (+1 Asian) at our table ordered sweet and sour pork.
